The portal provides a single window for accessing all information and services related to reproductive and child health. It also enables online registration for pregnant women and mothers of children under the age of five, tracking of pregnancies and births, and monitoring of child health indicators.


The RCH Portal has two main components: the RCH Data Entry Module and the RCH Services Module. The RCH Data Entry Module is used to enter data on pregnancies, births, and children’s health. The RCH Services Module provides information on a range of services available for pregnant women and mothers of young children, including immunisation schedules, nutrition advice, antenatal care checklists, and more.
